The Distressed Denim are a high-waisted short.

They are 95% Cotton 5% Spandex & have slight stretch to them.

These shorts also have great length, they will not fit super short. Whether you are taller or have a longer torso, these will not fit super short. 

I am typically a Medium or Large in bottoms & I went with the Large for a more relaxed fit. I suggest sizing up one if you are in between sizes.
