This is the most darling dress. It is perfect for Easter! It has a built in slip, elastic waistband, & the chest/back area is completely smocked (has great stretch). It also has the most darling ruffled straps that can be worn on or off the shoulders. (The straps have stretch as well).

This dress runs true to size, I am wearing my normal size Medium here. If you are normally an XL the Large should work perfectly with the smocked detail in the chest and back!
